Caller/Cuer/Dance Leader and Exhibition Group Check-In Procedures

All persons attending the convention, whether they are callers, cuers, dance leaders, exhibition group leaders or just plain dancers, start by picking up their registration packets and badges at the Registration Booths in the Main Lobby of the Convention Center.

In addition, callers, cuers, dance leaders and exhibition group leaders need to pick up their additional packets. All callers, cuers, dance leaders and exhibition group leaders can pick up their packets in W1-55 on the Main Level of Cobo Hall between Noon and 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday and 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. If any callers are having travel delays or other issues they may contact the Assistant Program Chairmen, the Emery's, at 517-536-8095 before Wednesday, 6/22/11 or at 517-937-7512 thereafter.  Check in will be open daily from 9:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday & Saturday.  Callers will be emailed a copy of their schedules prior to the convention.  Any caller who does not have an email address will be sent their schedule via the US mail.  If callers are scheduled with the Live Band they can go to the Ghost Riders web-page to select available songs.
